Click on “My Dashboard” to access your membership portal

How to Cancel my Membership

If you enrolled using a Credit Card as your payment method

If you enrolled using PayPal as your payment method

If you enrolled using paypal, your membership portal would show " No active subscription". This message is only showing such because you did not subscribe using your credit card directly on our site. If you used paypal for your subscription, your membership and auto payment via paypal is still active until you login directly to paypal to cancel it.


Important First Step: Go directly to paypal first.

Log into your PayPal account and access your reoccuring payment section

Cancel your reoccuring payment subscription to Sync Community.

Upon cancellation in paypal, it would automatically cancel your membership subscription in the sync community.

Be sure to completely complete your cancellation on PayPal, otherwise, you still have an active membership on the Sync Community and that's subject to a continuous monthly charge.

Yes, we are a music licensing e-learning/online training platform, built for music creators to succeed in licensing their music into tv, film, advertising, and video games. You also have access to weekly and monthly lessons, courses, mentorship, placement opportunities to pitch your music too, networking opportunities, access to industry experts, newsletter & industry updates, and more.

Our goal here is to cater to music creators at all levels, having an online platform to learn regardless of expertise or experience.

Fees, Refunds and Charges

Subscription Fees.

User pay for all subscription fees, and hereby authorizes SYNC COMMUNITY (and its payment processors) to debit Subscriber’s bank account or charge Subscriber’s credit card, as stated on Subscriber’s subscription, billing page, and terms and condition’s page. Subscriber agrees that all subscriptions are recurring and will renew automatically. Subscriber shall also be solely responsible for paying and remitting to the appropriate tax authorities all taxes, if applicable in their jurisdiction or country, duties imposed by any government entity or collecting agency except those taxes based on SYNC COMMUNITY’s net income. In the event Subscriber fails to satisfy its tax and/or duty obligations herein, Subscriber shall reimburse SYNC COMMUNITY upon demand for any taxes and/or duties paid on behalf of Subscriber and shall defend, indemnify and hold SYNC COMMUNITY harmless against any claim and/or liability (including penalties) resulting from Subscriber’s failure to pay such taxes and/or duties.

 

Cancellation Policy.

Subscriber acknowledges that all subscription fees are charged automatically on a recurring basis until the Subscriber cancels their subscription (both month-to-month and annual plans). Subscriber may cancel their subscription by logging into their SYNC COMMUNITY

and going to the applicable channel or billing page, clicking settings and choosing the “Change” or "Cancel" options under subscription and billing. A confirmation email receipt is sent to the Subscriber with the expiration date of the subscription.  Please keep in mind that you are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. Kindly contact customer service here [email protected] if you are having difficulty or need help.

You may also cancel your monthly subscription at any time via your account page but due to the nature of the Service no refunds will be made for any membership fees already paid.
